How Our Exchange Process Works:
- Eligibility:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for exchange.
- Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange as they are tailored specifically for you.
- Requesting an Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@bardi.shop with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Ensure the product is securely packed and shipped back in its original packaging.
- Shipping & Handling:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we will process your exchange and ship out the new product.
- Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Limitations:
- We cannot exchange items for slight colour or pattern variations due to screen differences or the handmade nature of our products.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
